Job Role Division Job Description
HR Manager Corporate Services The HR Manager plays an integral part of the Bonney Energy Corporate Service team. You will be responsible for all HR functions on a day to day basis and assist in implementing objectives and strategies in consultation with the company’s Workplace Relations Advisors.  Management of all aspects of an employees lifecycle including assisting with employee selection, inductions, onboarding, administration and separations Providing support to supervisors/managers across the business with employee reviews, and performance management processes Participate in policy and procedure development in conjunction with relevant managers and CEO Provide HR advice and support to employees Ensure all training is allocated and recorded in the HR systems Management of recruitment processes including preparation of advertisements, liaising with hiring managers and assisting with selection processes and interviews where required General correspondence letters and other documents for employees, as required Identify learning and development needs within the organisation through job analysis, performance reviews and regular consultation with managers and supervisors. Lead the design, development, oversight, implementation and evaluation of learning and development programs and activities Maintain electronic personnel files including filing relevant documentation for compliance purposes Provide support in HR strategies and projects as required Provide interpretation and advice on relevant awards, enterprise agreements including the Fair Work Act Provide support to the Payroll Officer with support for all payroll functions Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information
On Site Refueler Driver Operations We are seeking an On-Site Refuelling Driver who would be interested in joining our team at Newport for a full-time day shift role. To be successful in this role, we are looking for the following: Heavy Combination Licence essential Dangerous Goods Licence Basic Fatigue Management preferred but not essential as full training is provided Experience in the fuel industry preferred but not essential as full training is provided. Retail Console Operator (Glen Dhu) Retail The role: The Console Operator is responsible for the efficient and effective running of the Retail Site, including but not limited to: Maintain inventory and stock control – ensure shelves are stocked and neatly organized Operate the POS Exercise sales skills appropriate to over the counter sales Meter readings, dipping of storage tanks Maintain site cleanliness Food handling About you: To be successful in this role, we are looking for the following: Excellent customer service skills & experience Cash handling experience Food handling experience Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a close team Available to work across a 7 day rotating roster with ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days and evenings. Operations Scheduler - Newport Road Transport (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) We are seeking an Operations Scheduler for our office in Newport. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Take and process orders. Process delivery information. Handling customer inquiries on deliveries Outbound calls to customers Support scheduling activity for Newport/Linehaul fleets and Lubes (with ability to cover leave) Handle driver inquiries and feedback on deliveries. Our Corporate Services team provides effective and efficient support to internal and external customers in the areas of purchasing, accounts payable, payroll, financial reporting, sales and marketing and administration.

Our Operations division fleet includes 25metre B-Doubles, 20metre B-Doubles, 19 metre B-Doubles, Tri Axle trailers, Tandem Axle trailers, Rigid trucks and a range of smaller On-Site rigid trucks. All of our drivers are experienced and qualified operators of our entire fleet and offer a friendly and courteous service. Bonney Energy offers complete delivery service to a range of Regional Depots, Retail Service Stations, Agricultural areas and Industrial and Commercial areas across Tasmania and Victoria. A full range of Mobil Lubricants can be delivered via our Lube Delivery Trucks & Utilities from our Victorian or Tasmanian Depots. We are Australian Owned and Operated providing quality Ampol fuels and Mobil lubricants.

Retail

Our Retail division has a passion for customer service and engaging local communities in Tasmania and Victoria, with a regional focus on supporting farmers and tradies. Travellers and holiday’s have never been easier. Our Retail Staff are there for our customers whether it is providing a service, advice, local knowledge and experience with a friendly service, as well as regional items available based on local attractions whether its fishing bait or equipment, camping gear and local food. Hot food is our future, we look to provide quality meal solutions on the run, so you can fuel up and fill up on the go.
