I am a Bonney Energy customer, can I place an order?

Yes. Existing Bonney Energy account holders can continue to place fuel orders as normal.

For the fastest and most efficient service, we strongly encourage customers to use the Bonney Portal. Orders can be submitted online at any time, allowing our team to better plan and schedule deliveries.

Due to the current surge in demand, our team is managing a significantly higher volume of orders and working extended hours. As a result, delivery delays may occur.

We kindly ask customers to place orders only when necessary and allow as much notice as possible.

I need fuel but I don't have an account with Bonney Energy, can I place an order?

Due to current global fuel supply pressures, our supplier Ampol has placed allocation limits on the volume of fuel available to distributors. The allocation provided to Bonney Energy is currently fully committed to servicing our existing account customers.

As a result, we are temporarily unable to open new fuel accounts until supply conditions improve.

Businesses interested in working with Bonney Energy in the future are welcome to register their details via our Fuel Account Interest Form, and we will contact them if additional supply allocation becomes available.

How do I stay up to date with the changing conditions?

We update our FAQs as required and include a date stamp at the top of the page.

We also share updates from our CEO to keep our community informed. The most recent message is available at the top of the page.

What counts as an existing customer?

An existing customer is any business that currently holds an active Bonney Energy account number and regularly trades with us.

Customers with an active account can continue ordering fuel as normal as long as the account is within trading terms and credit limit.

How should I be placing my fuel orders?

For the fastest and most efficient service, we strongly encourage customers to place their fuel orders through the Bonney Portal.

Submitting orders via the portal ensures they are entered directly into our system, allowing our team to manage the high volume of requests more efficiently and accurately.

It also helps reduce the manual workload on our team, who are currently managing a significantly increased number of enquiries and orders.

If you do not yet have access to the Bonney Portal, you can learn how to set it up here.

How long will this situation last?

At this stage, the duration is uncertain and may change quickly.

Global fuel supply is currently influenced by geopolitical tensions affecting major shipping routes, including the Strait of Hormuz, which is a critical corridor for global energy supply.

We are monitoring the situation closely and will adjust our approach as conditions change.

I have purchased from Bonney Energy in the past but do not have an active account. Can I still order?

At this time, we are unable to reactivate or create new fuel accounts, as we must prioritise supply for current account holders.

If you would like to work with Bonney Energy in the future, you are welcome to register your interest via our Fuel Account Interest Form, and our team will contact you should additional supply become available.

Can I register interest in opening an account in the future?

Yes.

If you would like to work with Bonney Energy once supply conditions improve, please submit your details through our Fuel Account Interest Form.

This allows our team to contact you if additional fuel allocation becomes available or when we are able to onboard new customers again.
