How to access the Bonney Portal
To access the Bonney Portal, you’ll need an active Bonney Energy account.
Already have an account?
Follow the steps below to get started,
- Visit www.customerportal.bonneyenergy.com.au and select Register
- Enter your Customer Code (your account number found on your welcome letter or monthly statement)
- Follow the prompts and submit your registration
- You will receive an email with a temporary password and log in, use this to log in (please note, these details are set up by a Bonney team member, so you won't receive this information instantly)
- Update your password under My Profile
- You’re ready to go — your Bonney Portal is live and ready to use
